W2R Schematics is a service that gives repair technicians access to mobile and desktop/laptop schematic diagrams, boardview files, and PCB repair diagrams — used for board-level fault finding and component-level repair.
A schematic shows the circuit design — component values, pin names, and how signals connect logically. A boardview shows the physical layout of the board itself, so you can click a component in the software and see exactly where it sits on the real PCB. W2R Schematics provides both, depending on the device.
Hardware solutions are annotated repair guides — jumper routes, replacement parts and reball diagrams — drawn as layers over the board. Not every device yet. The library holds 15,000+ files for 4,000+ models across smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, graphics cards, gaming consoles, drones and smartwatches. If a model you need isn't listed, you can request it.
W2R Schematics offers 1-Year, 2-Year, and 3-Year Premium plans priced at $25, $45, and $65 respectively (₹2,200 / ₹3,900 / ₹5,500).
No. The price you see is the full amount you pay.
Pay online in the Premium Plans section of your dashboard, on the website or in the W2R app. Payments are processed by Razorpay: the Razorpay window shows the methods you can use, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. You can also buy through WhatsApp or an authorised reseller in your country.
Yes. After a successful online payment, we email a payment receipt to the email address of your W2R account. It shows your order ID, the plan, the amount paid and the dates of your plan. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.
Wait up to 10 minutes: sometimes the bank takes a little time to confirm a payment. Then refresh your dashboard or restart the W2R app. Still not active? Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order ID (it starts with W2R-). If you do not have it, send the email address of your W2R account. Please do not pay again. Payments are not refunded, except for errors: if you paid twice for the same plan, or if you paid and we could not activate your plan. In those cases we refund the money to your original payment method, or by bank transfer if the payment is more than 6 months old. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy →
New device schematics and boardview files are added on an ongoing basis as new phone, laptop, and desktop models are released and as repair demand grows. If a model isn't listed yet, you can request it.
Yes. Choose a plan in the Premium Plans section of your dashboard and pay online, or message us on WhatsApp. If your Premium plan is still running, the new plan is queued: it starts on the day your current plan ends, and the page shows that date before you pay. You can have one queued plan at a time. On a 2 or 3-device plan, the extra devices start with the queued plan.
W2R Schematics works with resellers and distributors in multiple countries. Check the reseller network page to see if there is one near you.
Each plan works on the number of computers it includes: one for a 1-device plan, and up to two or three for a 2 or 3-device plan. To move to another PC, use HD Reset on the sign-in window — it releases the licence so your next sign-in claims the new machine. HD Reset can be used three times in any 30 days.
